How InSitu Clinical Works
Register
Task Host and Task Completer registers and builds an online profile with InSitu Clinical Pty Ltd. One Registration the Login details are emailed to the applicant.
Post
TH posts specialised tasks that require TC completion
Apply
TC views, chooses and marks their availability for suitable tasks within their selected geography
Selection
TH selects the TC based on their availability, competencies and rating score.
Document Exchange
Once TC is selected by TH, CDAs and relevant clinical trial specific documentation, is reviewed and electronically signed by TC
Work
TC performs the agreed tasks at the TH site. It is envisioned that TH or Designee works directly with the TC to ensure all expectations are met.
Notify
Once the task is completed the TC accesses the online Dashboard and indicates that the task was completed.
Confirmation
The TH accesses the online dashboard and rates the TC using a 5 star-rating system and confirms the completion of the task.
Pay
TC immediately executes the payment to TC designated account. Records of interactions, ratings and payment are retained online and accessible to both the TH and TC at any point in time
